Bloom Medicinals operates 18 dispensaries in 5 states: Arkansas, Florida, Maryland, Missouri, Ohio and Utah.  The Bloom Seven Mile dispensary opened on October 24, 2019. Bloom was founded by siblings Nicole Van Rensburg and William Hollander. Nicole currently serves as CEO with William serving as COO. Other family members involved in the business include Karen Hollander, Chief Administration Officer and Nate Hollander, Chief Business Officer. Other executives at the company include:

The company came under scrutiny in January 2020 when it was discovered that over 30,000 patient records had been publicly available online due to an issue with their Point of Sale (POS) system, THSuite.  Patients from Ohio, Maryland and Colorado were exposed as well as the company’s inventory, sales and compliance data.
