Rulemaking Hearing Oct. 15, 2025

As a reminder, we will be conducting a rulemaking to update 5 CCR 1006-2, Medical Use of Marijuana to align with new statutory changes.  

There is still time to provide written testimony.

• Written testimony is due by Oct. 9, 2025 at 5 p.m.
• Email testimony to: cdphe.bohrequests@state.co.us
• Mail testimony to: Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, Board of Health, A5 – 0100, 4300 Cherry Creek Drive South, Denver, CO 80246.
