Governor declares emergency for intoxicating hemp products.
But cannabis-derived THC is safe, legal, and will continue to be available at RISE Dispensaries.
On Wednesday, Ohio Governor Mike DeWine issued an executive order declaring an Adulterated Consumer Product Emergency for consumable items containing intoxicating hemp. This emergency order has no impact on the availability of cannabis-derived THC products at RISE Dispensaries across the state.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOU?
Cannabis-derived THC sold at RISE Dispensaries is safe! It is monitored and regulated through the Division of Cannabis Control.
Access to cannabis-derived THC for both medical patients and recreational consumers will remain unchanged.
Overall, there will be no changes to your shopping experience at RISE Dispensaries across the state.
