Application processing fee change postponed

The application processing fee change scheduled to be effective July 15, 2024 is postponed due to a procedural filing error.

The Medical Marijuana Registry will present the rules increasing the application processing fee again at the Aug. 21 Board of Health hearing to correct the error. If you wish to listen to the hearing, information about how to join will be available on the Board of Health’s website closer to the hearing date. 

We now anticipate that the effective date of the fee change will be Oct. 15, 2024.

If you have additional feedback or testimony that you would like to share with the Board, please submit it by Aug. 15. at 5 p.m.
