Product Alert –  SNZBY Disposable, product label misstates total THC content. 

Product Alert: A product alert provides notice about a product issue that does not reasonably constitute a health hazard.

ISSUE: The Division of Cannabis Control (DCC) is issuing a product alert for SNZBY Disposable Oil for Vaporization produced by CCP000018-00 Appalachian Pharm Processing, LLC. The product label incorrectly states the product is a two-gram vaporization disposable device with a total THC content of 821 mg/container, but the actual product is a two-gram vaporization disposable device with a total THC content of 1,642 mg/container.

This is not a product recall; it is an alert to address non-compliant and inaccurate labeling.

The DCC will provide any updates as necessary on this product alert.
