Reminder from the Colorado Medical Marijuana Registry

There is still time to share feedback for our Board of Health rule review. We first shared this information on Dec. 4.

Every few years the department is required to review its rules to ensure that they are efficient, effective and essential. Between now and the end of the year we will be reviewing 5 CCR 1006-2 Medical use of Marijuana to determine if there should be changes. 

Stakeholders are invited to share feedback if they think parts of the rule should be updated. If you want to give feedback on potential changes, use this form to give feedback by Dec. 26.
