We want to share an important update about Landing Loyalty and how your points expire.

Beginning June 1st, our loyalty platform changed the way point expiration is calculated. Under the new policy, points expire 90 days after the date they are earned. Previously, your points remained active as long as you made a purchase within 90 days.

Your points are valid for 90 days from the date you earn them.

When you redeem points, your oldest points will be used first.

Making a new purchase does not extend the expiration date of points you’ve already earned.

Because this change occurred before we were able to communicate it to you, some members may have had points expire unexpectedly. We want to make that right.

If you believe points expired from your account because of this change, visit your local Landing dispensary by September 30th and speak with a manager.

We’ll review your account, and if points were impacted by the change, we’ll provide a one-time restoration of the eligible points that expired.

There is nothing you need to bring beyond the information you normally use for your Landing Loyalty account.

Requests must be made by September 30th, 2026.

Any points in your account will continue to follow the 90-day expiration policy, including restored points, so we encourage you to keep an eye on your balance and use your rewards.

As always, Landing Loyalty points reset at the end of the calendar year on December 31st.
