The Division of Cannabis Control (“DCC” or “the Division”) is submitting the following proposed rules to the Common Sense Initiative and seeking public comment by Thursday, March 12, 2026.

1301:18:6-08 Packaged Cannabis for Direct Customer Sale
1301:18-7-02 Testing Laboratory Operating Procedures and Quality Assurance
1301:18-7-03 Testing Laboratory Employee Training
1301:18-7-07 State-Required Testing Analysis Generally
1301:18-7-08 Test Sample Collection Generally
1301:18-7-09 Test Sample Collection Procedure
1301:18-7-10 Testing Laboratory Limitations on In-Process Testing, Remediation, and Re-Testing

The Division is also proposing to rescind several rules in O.A.C. 3796, which have been or are proposed to be replaced by new rules in O.A.C. 1301:18.
