Product Recall – Cannabis-infused edibles produced by Buckeye Relief
Class II Product Recall: A class II recall indicates there is a remote probability of experiencing adverse health consequences from consuming the product.
ISSUE: The Division of Cannabis Control (DCC) is issuing a product recall on 40 cannabis-infused gummy products produced by the processor Buckeye Relief LLC, license #CCP000042-00. A product containing soy was used in the manufacturing of these gummies; however, the product labels do not identify soy oil and soy lecithin as ingredients, sub-ingredients, or food allergens contained in the product. DCC has received no reports of adverse effects.
The DCC recommends that patients and consumers who have food allergies refrain from consuming the affected product, and either discard the remainder or return it to the dispensary of purchase for refund. Anyone who experiences adverse health effects after consuming the affected product should contact their health care provider immediately and report the event to the DCC at 1-833-464-6627.
The DCC will provide any updates as necessary on this product recall.

Patients or consumers who have purchased this product should check their packaging label for the batch or lot number(s) listed in this notice. If it matches, you are urged to discontinue use and either dispose of the remaining product or return it to the dispensary of purchase for proper disposal and refund.
